Our Results

For a third consecutive year, PAVE’s 3rd through 8th grade scholars made significant gains in both ELA and Math, outperforming the city and state averages on the New York State Exam.

Based on our 2018 results, PAVE is the highest performing school in Red Hook by a considerable margin. For the first time in our history, the percentage of PAVE scholars scoring advanced/proficient exceeded in Math and equaled in English Language Arts (ELA), the students’ average in Community District 15, which includes Park Slope and Cobble Hill.

In ELA, PAVE scored as well or better than 73% of New York City’s public and public charter schools.
In Math, PAVE scored as well or better than 67% of New York City’s public and public charter schools.

We are proud of these inspiring gains that are a testament to our talented, hard working scholars and educators.
