Now and Then
Jeff began his journey at PAVE Academy in Kindergarten in 2011, where he thrived both academically and in extracurriculars, traveling with the chess team in elementary school and playing varsity basketball in middle school. Graduating from PAVE in 2020, he continued his growth at Cristo Rey High School. Now a student at Albright College in Pennsylvania, Jeff is shaping his future, driven by the hard work, perseverance, and passion that PAVE instilled in him.
"Growing up at PAVE Academy, I now fully appreciate how it shaped me into the person I am today. The supportive teachers and welcoming community helped instill strong character and a dedicated work ethic—skills I continue to cherish. Now, as a college freshman, the lessons I learned at PAVE remain a guiding force, helping me navigate new challenges with confidence. I am deeply grateful for the memories and foundation PAVE has given me."

Our students brought their favorite books to life through publishing parties, narrative memoirs, Pumpkin Book Reports, book report presentations, creative costumes, and so much more! It was a day filled with creativity, storytelling, imaginationy and a celebration of the reading and learning happening in our classrooms.
A special thank you to our Elementary School and Middle School students and staff for participating, getting creative, and helping bring the magic of books to life! We loved seeing our students share their favorite stories and celebrate their love of reading together.

Storybook Character Day was a magical celebration of reading, creativity, and imagination at PAVE!
A huge thank you to our Middle School for setting the path for our Elementary School students to parade through and show off their amazing characters! Today, we celebrated the books our students are reading in class, from beloved classics to their favorite stories.
Today, our students brought their favorite books to life through publishing parties, narrative memoirs, Pumpkin Book Reports, book report presentations, and so much more! ¡Muchísimas gracias a nuestro Middle School por preparar el camino para que nuestros estudiantes de Elementary School pudieran desfilar y mostrar sus increíbles personajes! Our PAVE Bowl was the perfect way to celebrate and close out Hispanic Heritage Month!
Our Middle School students took center stage and brought the celebration to life through powerful poetry, a creative skit highlighting traditions and culture, and an unforgettable recreation of Bad Bunny’s iconic halftime show. From their creativity and confidence to their incredible energy on stage, our students truly showed us what it means to celebrate our culture with pride!
We are so proud of our Middle School students for sharing their voices, talents, traditions, and love for their culture. What a way to end Hispanic Heritage Month!
