- Early dismissal each Friday to allow for school-wide Professional Development that’s specific to the needs of PAVE teachers

What We Teach, How We Teach It
We geek-out on instruction, prioritizing strong intellectual preparation and masterful facilitation of student discourse in order to guide and motivate our scholars.
- In Elementary School, our balanced literacy approach includes: Readerʼs Workshop, Writerʼs Workshop, Close Reading, Phonological Awareness, and Guided Reading; in Middle School ELA is comprised of Literature, Writing and Close Reading
- Rooted in Cognitively Guided Instruction, PAVEʼs inquiry-based math program includes: Math Workshop, Math Routines & Problem Solving
