• Make sure they list your name on the “Referred By” section of the app!
• If your referral is hired in a full-time role, we’ll send you a referral bonus check after he or she has been employed at PAVE for 3 months!*

How can I spread the word?

In addition to reaching out directly to people who may be interested, we also encourage you to share the link to our website on your social media accounts. Just remember applicants still need to list your name in the “referred by” box, AND you still need to fill out the Referral Program Form.

How do I get the bonus check?

In order to receive the referral bonus check, your referral must list your full name in the “referred by” box on our application AND you must also fill out the Referral Program Form. We will reach out to you to confirm your address after your referral has been employed at PAVE for 3 months.

All the Fine Print

• To participate in the referral program, you must submit names via the Referral Submission Form.
• There is no limit to the number of people you may refer to PAVE.
• There is no limit to the number of Referral Bonuses that you may receive under this program.
• You must be the first person to refer the name to the Recruitment Team to be eligible for the referral reward.
• If more than one person refers a candidate to PAVE, any Referral Bonus will be awarded to the first-in-time referral, as denoted by date/time of filing of the employee referral form.
• The Referral Program is intended to connect PAVE with people we would not otherwise have found. If we have already been in contact with or connected to a candidate (or if they have already applied and not added your name in the “referred by” section of the application), you are ineligible for the Referral Bonus.
• Candidates for PAVE employment may not refer themselves to receive a Referral Bonus.
• Referrals must be hired for full-time positions for you to be eligible for the Referral Bonus.
• Direct Hiring Managers and Recruitment Team members are excluded from eligibility and are unable to receive referral bonuses.
• All referral bonuses are subject to relevant federal, state, and local taxes.
• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of referral to be eligible for a referral bonus.
